Common questions
Can you change or cancel my booking?
No. Bookings are made with the partner the link led to, such as GetYourGuide, Viator or a booking site through Stay22, and only they can change, cancel or refund them. Their confirmation email has the contact details.
I found an outdated price or opening time. Where do I report it?
Choose "A correction or an outdated figure" in the form and tell us the page and what has changed. Corrections are checked against the operator's own page before anything is edited.
Do you accept paid placements?
No. A tour, a place to stay or a restaurant appears on this site because it meets the rules on the editorial principles page, not because anyone paid for the space.
