Reading the guest score

A score of 8.8/10, built on 2,063 reviews. With so many stays counted, no single guest swings the average much, which makes it a dependable guide.

In “Hostels in Porto” it ranks 8 of 27, sorted by score and number of reviews together, so a perfect 10 from one guest does not outrank a 9.1 from two thousand.

When to plan your visit

August brings the highest daytime averages, near 26 °C (78 °F), while January is the coolest, at roughly 14 °C (57 °F). Treat them as long-term averages rather than a forecast, and look at the forecast a few days before you travel.
